SHERATON RIYADH HOTEL & TOWERS, Riyadh – A Smart Stay in the City

My stay at the Sheraton was quite an experience! While the food and overall service were excellent, I was disappointed by an incident involving a staff member smoking in a non-smoking area. Fortunately, the staff members Hameed and Lal made up for it with their exceptional service. The location is convenient for business travelers, and the hospitality shown by the staff stands out. However, the smoking incident left a sour note that shouldn't happen in a hotel of this standard.

I had a mixed experience at the Sheraton in Riyadh. While the staff were nice and the hotel was clean, I found the facilities quite lacking, especially for women.
